Delivery and handling charges may apply and will be confirmed before your order is dispatched. All orders are subject to stock availability.

We will make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery date. However, deliveries are fulfilled by third-party carriers, and delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

Any loss or damage must be reported to us in writing:

Partial loss or damage: within three days of receiving the goods.
Non-delivery: within 14 days of the dispatch notification.

Please retain all packaging and provide photographs where applicable, as these may be required to support a claim.
